 Shipping/delivery

·       Standard orders ship ground and arrive in a muslin duster for long-term care.

·       Rush orders or orders shipped internationally will arrive in a flat FedEx box. For upgraded shipping options please contact Doloris Petunia.

·       Once the package has been accepted by the carrier, Doloris Petunia is no longer responsible for delivery dates.

·       The client is responsible for all duties and customs fees.

·       The client pays for all shipping.

·       Upon delivery, the client has 48 hours to inform Doloris Petunia of any possible issues with order.

Color matching services

·       For a guaranteed color match a Pantone color number or a physical example is required otherwise color requests may have slight variation.

·       If a Pantone color number or a physical example was not provided and a color change is requested additional fees will be assessed.

Sizing

·       The client is responsible for the measurements or standard size submitted. The garment is sewn to the measurements provided or to the selected standard size.

·       If a change to the approved design or requested size is needed after the garment has arrived, please contact us for our alterations price list and timing.

·       Standard size alterations are the responsibility of the client, please contact us for our alterations price list and timing.

·       In the event that alterations are needed the client is responsible for all shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for changes or alterations made to the dress after it is received.

·       The client is responsible for either selecting a standard size or submitting a full set of custom measurements.

·       Custom orders require specific timing for measurements and consultation, which will be mapped out in advance. Failure to meet these deadlines will incur the charges for our rush orders. 

Rush services

·       Rush orders may incur additional fees.

Additional fees

·       Fabric swatching is billed by the hour.

·       Rush orders involving evening and weekend hours may incur additional fees.

·       Custom designs and revisions may incur additional fees.

·       The client pays for all fabric charges.

·       On custom made-to-measure orders, the client pays the hard costs for fabric and tailoring revisions.

·       All custom orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Subsequent changes may incur additional fees.

·       All deposits are non-refundable after a 48 hour grace period.

·       Custom orders include up to 3 sketch design revisions. Further sketches may incur additional fees.

Cancellation policies

·       Orders placed through the website are able to be canceled within 48 hours.

·       Custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation for full refund of the deposit.

·       Our vintage line and ready-made accessories are returnable as long as the client  contacts Doloris Petunia within 48 hours of their delivery. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

·       Rush orders cannot be canceled.

·       Client’s invoice needs to be paid within 48 hours to maintain a committed hold date, otherwise subjected to cancellation.

·       Doloris Petunia reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Confidentiality

·       Doloris Petunia exercises discretion due to the nature of our clientele.

·       Doloris Petunia does not post photos without permission.

·       Confidentiality agreements signed up on request.

Proprietary

·       All images and custom designs are the property of Doloris Petunia.
